How we bring a plant online.
Site assessment
We review your land, utilities access, and target market to size the right plant for your region.
Plant design & equipment
Machinery, shed layout, and material flow are specified to your output targets — 4,000 to 6,000+ blocks a day.
Installation & commissioning
Equipment is installed, commissioned, and calibrated for local raw materials — sand, cement, aggregate, and optional lightweight fillers such as Leca.
Team training
Your 4-person operating crew is trained on production, quality control, and maintenance until fully confident and competent.
Go live
The plant begins commercial production of ABS Blocks and paving bricks, backed by ongoing ABS technical support.
One plant produces more than one product.
A plant can produce any number of brick profiles in addition to the standard ABS Block, plus paving bricks — with paving output able to double the plant's daily block volume.
