Manufacturing Plant

One plant, one lean crew, thousands of blocks a day.

Every ABS product starts on a production line sized to your land, your market, and your growth plan — whether you're a builder producing for your own projects or a franchisee building a manufacturing business.

How we bring a plant online.

1

Site assessment

We review your land, utilities access, and target market to size the right plant for your region.

2

Plant design & equipment

Machinery, shed layout, and material flow are specified to your output targets — 4,000 to 6,000+ blocks a day.

3

Installation & commissioning

Equipment is installed, commissioned, and calibrated for local raw materials — sand, cement, aggregate, and optional lightweight fillers such as Leca.

4

Team training

Your 4-person operating crew is trained on production, quality control, and maintenance until fully confident and competent.

5

Go live

The plant begins commercial production of ABS Blocks and paving bricks, backed by ongoing ABS technical support.

Multiple revenue lines

One plant produces more than one product.

A plant can produce any number of brick profiles in addition to the standard ABS Block, plus paving bricks — with paving output able to double the plant's daily block volume.

Standard ABS interlocking block, any profile
Alternative brick profiles to local market specification
Paving bricks — output can double the daily block figure
Filler-optimised lightweight blocks (e.g. Leca) for thermal performance
